Title:
"Appropriate ICTs: tools for development in the era of Digital Divide"

Abstract:
In this digital era, Infopoverty discriminates worldwide between modern haves
and have nots, fostering a global widening digital divide. How to reduce such
a gap, promoting sustainable technologies for development and justice? Can a
free software approach contrast the increasing power of multinational ICT
corporations, favouring freedom of expression?

- Unimondo (OneWorld Net)
- COOPI (Cooperazione Internazionale)

Moderator: Toni Sgalambro (ISF-Italia)
