con la suse 7.3 ho collegato al PC un nuovo medem, qindi ho lanciato da KDE 
il rilevamento hardware, ma in questa fase ho avuto un blocco totale della 
macchina, ho dovuto resattare, e al riavvio ho visto il solito messaggio

/dev/hda7 contains a file system with errors, check forced  (hada7 si 
riferisce alla partiz. USR)

purtroppo però questa volta sono seguiti altri messaggi:

UNATTACHED INODE 52095

/dev/hda7: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; run fsck manually.
(i.e., without -a-p option)

cannot find a keymap for it, tryng fallback

loading keymap /etc/defkeymap.map

fsc failed. Please repair manually an reboot. the root filesystem is 
courrently mounted read-only. to remount it read-write do:
bash#  mount -n -o remount, rw/

ATTENTION: only control-D will reboot the system in this maintenance mode. 
Shutdown or reboot will not work.

ma dopo aver dato la password di root, la risposta è:

bash# : lamiapassword: command not found

cosa devo fare?
