[PLUTO-help] smbtar di client NTFS

Ciao. Scusate ma ci riprovo.
Ho cercato nel manuale di SAMBA e su internet in genere ma non risolvo.
smbtar di client Win95/98-FAT32 tutto OK.
smbtar di client con Win2000-NTFS si blocca quando incontra nomi di file e/o cartelle con caratteri accentati (è,é,ì ecc.).
Qualcuno mi sa aiutare???  sarei costretto ad abbandonare smbtar...

Ecco il mio comando:

[root a snoopy BACKUP]# smbtar -s pc23-stefano -x nomecartella -u utente -p password
-t /home/pc/BACKUPPC/prova.tar -v
