Un newsgroup è una cosa diversa da una mailing list (e PLUTO-help è una 
mailing list, appunto). Mi sa che hai le idee alquanto confuse : )
Urge una ricerca su Google e qualche mezz'oretta di buona e sana lettura 
sull'argomento.
