[PLUTO-help] Installazione pacchetti

Ho una debian e quendo cerco di installare pacchetti con aptitude, mi da  
il seguente errore:

E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)
RESULT=100

E la stessa cosa succede anche se cerco di disinstallare un pacchetto gia  
installato!
Cosa è successo? prima dell'aggiornamento del sistema che ho fatto ieri  
funzionava tutto benissimo!
