[PLUTO-help] Squid e dmz

Ciao a tutti, uso squid come transaprent proxy ed ho un problema nell'accesso dalle macchine interne alla lan al web site posto nella dmz.
Se nel browser uso:

http://10.0.1.2

riesco a visualizzare correttamente il sito, se al contrario uso:

http://www.mysite.com

allora ottengo:
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.mysite.com/ 
The following error was encountered:
Connection Failed
The system returned:
(111) Connection refusedThe remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
Your cache administrator is root.

.. il problema non credo sia nella risoluzione del nome in quanto:

nslookup www.mysite.com
server: serverdc.domain.locale
Address: 10.0.0.14

name: www.mysite.com
Address: 10.01.2

..ed anche ping e traceroute danno esito positivo.
Cosa devo modificare nella configurazione di Squid ??
