Come minimo quel sito sta dietro ad un firewall che e' impostato per non rispondere alle richieste icmp per il ping

CIAO A TUTTI ,,, VI PONGO UNA DOMANDA CHE NON RIGUARDA DIRETTAMENTE LINUX .
FACCIO HELP DESCK PER ACCESSI ADSL E MI è CAPITATO CHE UN NOSTRO CLIENTE
RIUSCISSE A NAVIGARE CORRETTAMENTE MA NON RIESCE A VISUALIZZARE  UN SITO CHE
APPARTIENE ALLA NOSTRA AZIENDA ....
GLI HO FATTO FARE PING CON IP DEL PORTALE ED è NEGATIVO MENTRE ALTRI PING DI
PORTALI DIVERSI è TUTTO OK .... COSA POTREBBE ESSERE ... ( MAGARI IL
FIREWALL DEL SERVER DEL PORTALE CHE NON RICONOSCE L' IP  ASSEGNATO AL
CLIENTE ? )
GRAZIE A TUTTI QUELLI CHE RISPONDONO....
