[Pluto-help] Refresh automatico dei dati su pagina php

Buogiorno a tutti, 
da poco sto utilizzando la triade: Apache, PHP e MySQL, quindi abbiate
pazienza se vi faccio domande banali. 
Quello che sto tentando di fare è scrivere una semplice pagina .php in cui
si visualizzano dei dati float contenuti in MySQL. Tali dati cambiano e tali
cambiamenti dovrebbero essere visibili sulla pagina web caricata dai client.
Quello che ho fatto sino ad ora è stato leggere i dati dal DB con le
istruzione mysql_query e mysql_fetch_array per poi buttarli a video. Ma in
tal modo per apprezzare un cambiamento dei dati presenti nel DB e "buttati"
sulla pagina php debbo premere il tasto di refresh del browser. 
Quello che invece mi servirebbe è scrivere la pagina in modo che
periodicamente ed automaticamente i dati visualizzati siano aggiornati. 

Avete qualche consiglio?
