[PLUTO-help] errore di invio mail....

Ciao a tutti ho un piccolo problema a cui francamente non riesco a dare
soluzione: da un mesetto circa un tipo cerca di mandarmi una mail al mio
indirizzo : jack a mentel.tv  purtroppo l'invio non va a buon fine, e gli
ritorna indietro sempre il messaggio :
