[PLUTO-help] problemi con SuSefirewall2

ciao a tutti

sto cercando di lavorare con suSefirewall2 (ed in genrale col firewall 
sotto sue) ... mi succede una cosa strana ... se tiro giu' il firewall 
(SuSEfirewall2 stop) e poi lancio

iptables -L

ottengo (come previsto)

Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination

sembnra che tutto si aperto ma se eseguo

nmap -sT -p 1-60000 arrakis

ottengo

come e' possiblile che siano chiuse le poerte se iptables -L mi da' tutto 
aperto ? cosa no capsico ?

... priamd i fare questadomanda mi sono letto un sacco di documenti ma non 
riesco a capire ...

sembra che cambaiando regole e catene a miop piacimento non cambino le 
porte aperte/chiuse!
