[PLUTO-help] Problema di stampa con Samba

Abbiamo un computer in rete al quale è collegata localmente una 
stampante laser, questo pc si deve collegare spesso e volentieri con 
rdesktop ad un server win2000.
Ho configurato samba e relativa stampante (dimenticavo distro Red Hat 
8.0), collegandosi a questo punto al server 2000 la stampante funziona 
benissimo per stampare qualsiasi cosa (documenti office ...) ad 
eccezione di quello per cui è stato configurato samba. Su Win2000 
infatti è installato un applicativo dsTaxi della DataSystem e le stampe 
restituiscono un indefinito errore di stack. Ho parlato con il tecnico 
di Data System il quale mi ha informato che se installo tutto in 
ambiente windows intervengono in assistenza altrimenti a pagamento. E 
comunque anche a pagamento dubitano di riuscire a risolvere un problema 
che nasce da una stampante installata su una macchina linux.
A titolo informativo per stampare DsTaxi utilizza Crystal Report.
C'è qualcosa che posso provare a cambiare in samba ???
