ho comentato la riga

Port 631

e l'ho sotituita con

Listen 127.0.0.1:631
Listen 192.168.0.4:631

e ho decomentato

BrowseAddress @LOCAL

come ho detto ho riportato il cups.conf alle "origini" ma non ci sono stati miglioramenti
