[PLUTO-help] Impostare la frequenza del monitor a 60 Hz

Ciao a tutti, uso Ubuntu edgy e non riesco a settare la frequenza del 
monitor a 60 Hz
(come consigliato dal produttore).

Il monitor e' un Philips LCD 170S 17" e la scheda video e' una Intel 945G.

Ho provato a seguire le istruzioni trovate qui:

Sistema-->Preferenze-->Risoluzione Monitor la frequenza rimane a 75 Hz :(.



Come posso fare?
