[PLUTO-ildp] parere traduzione

Ciao.

Ho cominciato la mia traduzione, e nel prologo trovo una frase su cui vi chiedo un parere. Le parole incriminate sono "legalese", che pensavo di lasciare inalterato, e "intellectual property" che ho tradotto "diritto di proprietà intellettuale" -- "questioni brevettuali" mi sembra fuorviante, in quanto tutte le menate sulle licenze sw non comprendono brevetti, giusto?
