Se volete rendere i programmi realmente veloci, è utile conoscere questi
dettagli. I programmi sono più veloci quando hanno una forte località,
perché questo permette alla cache di lavorare al meglio. Il modo più
semplice per renderli veloci è, quindi, [che siano di piccole
dimensioni] [quello di farli piccoli]. Se un programma non è rallentato
da molte attese di I/O per eventi di rete, solitamente viene eseguito
alla velocità della più piccola cache in cui può risiedere.
